It can be completely customised to the schools requirements and styles easily making it appropriate for both prep and secondary education. Each user has a homepage featuring summaries and shortcuts to other areas of the system. It will detail, for example, today's timetable and the assessments that are to be handed in during the next 48 hours. Each user can personalise their homepage to show the things that are most useful to them.

Email/Web Mail
Our webmail package is designed around other popular email programs to help users migrate and use the module. The module comes complete with all the features you would expect from a world class email application. The e-mail utility is also fully integrated with other iSAMS and Student Portal modules, allowing users to send messages from within other applications. The email modules can be implemented in a complete or partial manner – it can take over your entire email facilities or run against your existing email server.

File Manager
It can link in with your existing network space or run separately. It allows Students to have a central place to store their files. The manager automatically judges the file types and manages them accordingly.

Knowledge base
The knowledge base can be used to store information that you wish to communicate to pupils. The material can then be easily browsed and searched. It can be used to hold, for example, Mark Schemes, Discipline, Rules and Regulations and School Policies, in a format that is easy for pupils to access and understand.

VLE / E-learning
The module automatically links in with academic and administrative modules in iSAMS to generate a student specific learning program. It’s more than a content management system (CMS) – it’s an entire learning platform for managing content, classes, lectures, meetings, assessments, quizzes, tests, exams – with automated marking facilities, reading lists and glossaries as well as a complete calendar and diary of learning and a schedule of work to be done. It also boasts a comprehensive communications package which is capable of running advanced forums and discussions as well as online chat and conferencing. It can run Project Tasks and Groups allowing teachers and project teams to set schedules, assign tasks, fill out time sheets and monitor work done. It is also able to link in with the email module to automate email communication between teachers and pupils.
