Staff Management

The Staff Management module stores information about staff on 3 levels - personal, professional and contractual information. It directly links with other modules, such as the Timetable Manager and the Attendance module, to gain a more complete staff record.

296 DEFAULT FIELDS, UNLIMITED CUSTOM FIELDS, UNLIMITED CONTACTS AND POWERFUL SEARCHES ARE ALL EXAMPLES OF THE FEATURES INCLUDED AS STANDARD.

It can be used as a standalone module or in a fully integrated iSAMS system allowing other modules to use the same information reducing the problem of duplication and out of date information. The staff records can contain a wide range of information which can be tailored to a school’s unique requirements. It offers complete records for every staff member with 296 default fields. There are also options to have an unlimited amount of custom fields and types. Information from this module integrates seamlessly with academic modules, which is used to produce, for example, timetables and reports.

Information can be held in the following categories, as well as your school’s custom items:

Personal: core staff details such as - name, address, gender, title. It also deals with contacts and addresses, complete family data as well as health information.

Professional: academic & professional qualifications, DfES details, specialist qualifications and skills, courses and conferences attended.

Contractual: multiple contracts may be stored, contractual and employment start and end dates, references and previous employment.
