School Lists Manager

The school list module is a single module that brings all of the lists from every module into one place. It automatically generates queries for all kinds of lists that are required.

FOR EXAMPLE – LIST ALL PUPILS WHOSE FIRST NAME IS “OLIVER” AND LIVE IN “LONDON” AND STUDY “FRENCH”.

It is also able to produce all music and extra curricular lists as well as games’ lists. As well as being a general organisational tool, it can also be tailored to the individual’s specific requirements. The module has a section that produces lists relevant only to the particular staff member using it, allowing the staff member to access their Rugby Games’ list quickly without having to search through hundreds of lists. Once you have found the information you require, you are able to print lists quickly and easily and choose your exact export requirements. For example: Available Fields, Field order, Font Size, Spacing, Format, Row Lines, Field Display settings.

If necessary, as in other modules, you can export lists to Excel, Word and PDF and select your exact export requirements such as: Available Fields, Field order, Font Size, Spacing, Format, Row Lines, Field Display settings. For more advanced tasks, the system allows you to generate your own lists using the advanced wizard available.
