Registration Manager

The Registration Module is a powerful and easy to use product that provides the facility for either the electronic registration of classes or the school as a whole.

THE MODULE COMES IN TWO FORMS – ADVANCED AND BASIC.

The basic version requires that you set each time period up manually. However there are useful tools to help you quickly set up the system.

The advanced version pulls all the times and lesson information for your school’s timetable and automates the registration process, automatically selecting the lesson period/time and the set/form for the Teacher taking the registration.

When registering a class the module presents a list of all the pupils enrolled for the class, together with pupil information. There are simple, easy to use, 'Yes' and 'No' buttons by each pupil. By default 'Yes' is selected on all pupils. When 'No' is selected, options are displayed that allow the user to select the away code and optionally enter a description. The user is also able to record lateness at the same time.

Once this information is in the database the search tool analyses the relevant data and produces a thorough report. It also produces summaries for days, weeks, months and individual time periods. It can provide reports for individual children, forms and years. All these reports can be viewed in both HTML and Word. It also includes an export facility to extract the data to excel.

The advanced module allows further analysis of the registration data to produce more specialist results, such as who missed the most Mathematics’ lessons. This information can be shared with other Modules – such as Pupil Management, PuPS, Parent Portal and others.
