Pupil Profiling System (PuPS)
All schools want to keep track of what their pupils do and have achieved - a task which is hard to manage! Pupil Profiling (PuPS) is an iSAMS Module which allows teachers and tutors to keep an ongoing account of their pupils’ achievements.
RECORD AND ANALYSE ANY SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS (SEN), SET CHANGES, EXAM RESULTS, ASSESSMENTS, NATIONAL CURRICULUM DATA, EXTRA CURRICULA ACTIVITIES, PUPIL DISCIPLINE AND BEHAVIOUR AND MANY MORE OPTIONS...
It acts as a sleeper module, monitoring all activity that occurs – such as set changes, year changes and other school matters such as sports and musical options and activities and collates the data for the profiling of a pupil. It also pulls in information from other leading educational profile products on the market, to form a full picture of what a pupil has gained while at your school. This information can then be analysed and exported to the pupil’s future school and his/her parents.
Teachers and Tutors have instant access to each pupil's profile whenever required, which allows easy access to a pupil’s progress. Headmasters and Heads of Departments have the same access to enable them to keep track of an individual or group. The Profile System deals with Academic Information, such as exam results, class tests as well as Key Stage and National Curriculum Tests and Information. The system also holds data on Non- Academic disciplines, such as Sport, Music, Drama, Extra Curricular Activities, Appointments, Awards, Hobbies and other school defined activities. It also takes into account SEN information and Pupil Qualities to judge a pupil’s qualities and skills. It can also hold information about disciplinary and behavioural matters in the school.
Profiles can be printed or exported at any time to a style designed by the school.
