Pupil Management

This module offers a management system on three levels that caters for admissions and current and former pupils.

450 DEFAULT FIELDS, UNLIMITED CUSTOM FIELDS, UNLIMITED CONTACTS AND POWERFUL SEARCHES ARE ALL EXAMPLES OF THE FEATURES INCLUDED AS STANDARD.

This module offers a management system on three levels that caters for admissions, current and former pupils. It offers complete records for every pupil with 450 default fields. There are also options to have an unlimited amount of custom fields and types. There is no limit on the multiple contacts between each pupil which allows for siblings to be linked together on the database.

The module also provides a powerful search facility that has the ability to search any or as many fields as you wish. It is also possible to edit multiple records immediately using the module’s group edit feature.

You can then print all or different parts of a record simply, as well as exporting the records to multiple compatible formats such as MS Excel, Adobe PDF and TXT using the “one-touch” buttons.

Importantly the graphical user interface has been designed by both teachers and school staff in order to make management of pupils as easy as possible. To illustrate, there is automatic integration of communication tools, such as email and conferencing, as well as the complete mail merging facility both within the module and through MS Office.
