Customer Services Position
The iSAMS Framework is developed in ASP with a MS SQL backend. It has a 500 table relational database so you will need to have solid experience in ASP and have an advanced knowledge of MS SQL as well as a good grounding in internet technologies (IP, HTTP, etc.). It also would be beneficial if you have a good understanding of IIS, Enterprise Manager and other Windows Server Applications. We are also beginning to write sections in ASP.net so any knowledge of this is also beneficial.
The job will involve supporting all modules for the iSAMS framework. Each client has a number of different modules and these need to be maintained and supported. There will also be development opportunities, as a large part of the support process is adding new features to existing modules in accordance with our clients. The perfect candidate will need a good telephone manner and good inter-personal skills as there will be a large amount of client interaction.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
