Is iSAMS just an Admin System?
No, definitely not. Don't let the name fool you. iSAMS does much more than hold a load of data on the School, it provides the relevant features to your school in one package.

Can iSAMS be an Intranet?
With the BOXIntranet module an Intranet is one possible implementation.

Can I buy all or just one module?
You can take one or the lot - the choice is up to you.

Are you developing any other applications?
Yes. A few applications currently in development include:
- Bursary Module - Library Module - Development / Fund Raising Module
- Can iSAMS be further developed or integrated into our existing systems?
As you can make any changes to the software that you need you can integrate your existing system into iSAMS. If you would like us to assist, we offer a wide range of Support and Consultancy services, and would be pleased to help.

Is iSAMS open source?
At the present moment, No. However the code is available to view.

Can we write our own applications for iSAMS?
Yes you can, you can either develop them as iSAMS Shell Modules or build an iSAMS module from scratch.

Can I obtain the individual applications for use in my own projects?
Yes, you get complete access to iSAMS and the individual modules to make your own changes - as long as your project is 100% open source.

How secure is iSAMS?
iSAMS has been designed with security as a core component. iSAMS is 100% secure.

Can we integrate our own existing applications into iSAMS?
iSAMS support "Shell Modules" which provide an iSAMS interface layer to your own applications and can inherit iSAMS user permissions and security settings. This is one option, you can also directly interface them by creating application modules from scratch.

Is iSAMS fully web-based?
Yes, Yes and Yes. An iSAMS session requires no Flash, Java runtimes or component downloads of any kind.
